The court imposed an 11-month prison sentence but suspended its execution. The decision became final on October 9, 2026, at the Bucharest Court of Appeal. The individual, known as "M.J.P. – influencer," was charged with public incitement and promoting violence and discrimination. During the live stream, he explicitly advocated for domestic violence, stating that men should physically dominate women. The court found that his statements created a hostile environment for women. He must complete 30 days of community service and adhere to a two-year probation period.
