Cum văd românii justiția: 82% mulțumiți de procedurile din instanțe

The Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) released a survey on judicial satisfaction in Romania, revealing that 82% of respondents were satisfied with judicial procedures. The survey included 2,170 participants, including litigants and lawyers. Most respondents felt their rights were respected and understood the judicial process. Satisfaction with judges' impartiality was noted, with 53% giving the highest rating. Additionally, 72% were pleased with waiting times, and 79% were satisfied with the outcomes of their cases. Trust in the justice system increased for 40% of respondents after their participation in judicial procedures.
