The National Meteorological Administration forecasts above-normal temperatures for August across most of Romania, with below-normal precipitation expected at the beginning of the month. Temperatures will be particularly higher in the western and northwestern regions, while the southeastern part will experience near-normal values. Overall, precipitation levels will be below normal, especially in the intracarpathian areas, but will align with normal levels in most of the country later in the month.
