Individuals are encouraged to provide any relevant documents to aid in the identification of their properties. After technical documents are prepared, they are publicly displayed for verification. This initiative aims to create a comprehensive and updated land registry, including properties with incomplete documentation. The project is part of a larger EU-funded initiative to enhance property registration in rural areas of Romania.
