This is common in rural areas where heirs have not initiated succession proceedings. Even if the succession is unresolved, properties can still be registered based on available documents and official records. Heirs are encouraged to provide relevant documents to clarify ownership. The agency is also running a project to enhance property registration in rural areas, co-financed by the EU, covering over 660 communes.
