The email revealed that Doğan Holding signed a contract for the complete transfer of shares of Doğan Media International, which includes Kanal D, Kanal D2, Radio Impuls, and Digital. Clever Media, which owns Liga 1 broadcasting rights, is now the new owner of Kanal D, a leading TV channel in Romania.
