Cum se împarte prima tranșă de 2,5 miliarde euro din SAFE

The funding is part of a larger 16.7 billion euro allocation aimed at enhancing defense capabilities and infrastructure. The Ministry of Finance will manage these funds, ensuring that future disbursements are contingent on meeting specific milestones. The European Commission emphasized that access to the total funding will not be unconditional, requiring Romania to fulfill agreed-upon objectives for further payments.
