Cum reduce Tulcea consumul la iluminatul public cu 53%

The Tulcea City Hall has invested over one million euros in public lighting, achieving a 53% energy savings through LED technology and remote management. Starting from August 4-5, the city will further reduce light intensity by 20% during peak hours, leading to an additional monthly savings of 11,500 kWh. The modernization has replaced 3,462 light points, with plans for more upgrades totaling around two million euros. Other cities in Tulcea County have also made similar investments, while the national energy crisis has prompted authorities to declare a state of alert due to low water levels affecting energy production.
