Cum motivează CCR neconstituționalitatea sintagmei „persoana care are relații asemănătoare acelora dintre soți” din Legea ANI
The Romanian Constitutional Court ruled that the phrase 'person who has relationships similar to those of spouses' is unconstitutional, citing vagueness and privacy rights violations. The court emphasized that legal obligations cannot be imposed on individuals in non-legally recognized relationships. Additionally, the court upheld the constitutionality of the 'Fritz amendment' which mandates the cessation of public office for those in conflict of interest. The court also rejected the AUR amendment regarding financial declarations of partners of officials, affirming that such disclosures infringe on privacy rights. The decision is final and binding.
