Ionuț Ciciu, a former member of the Romanian police special forces, discussed the capture of Konstantinos Passaris, known as the "Beast of the Balkans," during the show "Martorii." Passaris was apprehended after committing a double murder in the early 2000s. Ciciu recounted how Passaris, when asked about his actions, claimed the victims had not fulfilled their duties. He also described an incident where Passaris disarmed a police officer in a medical facility, justifying his actions by criticizing the officer's professionalism. Passaris, a Greek citizen, is serving a life sentence in Romania for his crimes committed in 2001.
