Users can register through three methods, with two being fully online. The first method involves using an active RoEID account, allowing users to complete the process without visiting the pension office. The second method requires a qualified electronic certificate for online application submission. For those without RoEID or a certificate, an online form can be filled out, but a physical visit to the pension office is necessary for finalization. The SPV offers various services, including checking contribution records and pension decisions. Existing accounts from the old portal have been migrated to the new system, which was launched on September 1, 2026, as part of a digitalization project funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
