The Bucharest City Hall has implemented a temporary solution to conceal dilapidated buildings by covering them with mesh. This initiative aims to improve the city's appearance and enhance security. So far, 11 buildings have been covered, with plans for more. The mayor emphasized that these measures respect the architecture of the buildings while addressing immediate concerns. A new regulation has also been adopted to support facade repairs in the Old Town and protected areas.
