Despite this growth, Bucharest still lags behind other Central and Eastern European capitals in terms of flexible space share. Warsaw leads with 250,000 sqm, followed by Prague and Sofia. The market is evolving, with flexible spaces becoming integral to corporate real estate strategies, emphasizing quality and user experience. Rental prices range from 150 to 450 euros per desk per month, varying by services included. The report highlights a trend towards integrating flexible concepts into building owners' strategies, enhancing leasing options.
