The project, located near Colonia del Sacramento, aims to create a space for collaboration in the age of artificial intelligence. Initial residents are expected by 2027, although the project is still in early stages, with land acquisition yet to occur. The community will feature private housing, art spaces, and recreational areas, designed with Italian rationalist architecture. Despite interest from 2,700 members, actual commitments remain low, and the project faces challenges similar to other international initiatives.
