Škoda Group unveiled the ForCity Plus 52T tram at InnoTrans 2026, designed for Prague's challenging tram network. The tram has already been in operation, covering over a million kilometers. It features a low-floor design for easy access, advanced propulsion systems to minimize noise and vibrations, and is adaptable for future upgrades. Škoda plans to participate in a tender for 79 trams in Bucharest, where the ForCity Plus model could potentially be introduced. The tram aims to enhance passenger comfort while simplifying maintenance for operators.
