A German military motorcycle from World War II was recently uncovered in Budapest due to low Danube water levels, alongside the remains of two soldiers. The motorcycle, a DKW NZ 350-1, was well-preserved in mud and diesel, showcasing remarkable historical details. It was recovered by the Hungarian History Museum and is currently being cleaned and conserved. DKW was a major motorcycle manufacturer before the war, producing over half a million units for the Wehrmacht. After the war, the factory was dismantled by the Soviets.
