Cum arăta, de fapt, o scandinavă de acum 6.000 de ani. Chipul ei răstoarnă tot ce credeam despre strămoșii europenilor

Recent research in Denmark has revealed the appearance and lifestyle of a prehistoric woman named Lola, who lived around 6,000 years ago. Using advanced DNA analysis from birch tar, scientists reconstructed her facial features, showing she had dark skin, black hair, and blue eyes. Lola belonged to a community of hunter-gatherers, lacking Neolithic farmer ancestry, and her diet included hazelnuts and duck meat. The study also identified various microorganisms in her oral microbiome, including the Epstein-Barr virus, which was not fatal. This discovery challenges previous assumptions about early Europeans, indicating they had different physical traits than many modern populations.
