The contract lacked initial legal compliance, and the accused, Gregor Hudohmet and Cristian Theodor Dragomir, are facing serious charges. The case involves a project in Gheorgheni, where the funds were purportedly disguised as legitimate payments. Testimonies suggest that the contract did not reflect actual services rendered, and the accused attempted to mask the bribe through intermediaries. The investigation has prompted a response from GEN-I, emphasizing their zero-tolerance policy towards corruption. Both individuals maintain their presumption of innocence.
