The manager of Tulcea County Hospital, Tudor Ion Năstăsescu, stated that the hospital lacks the necessary infrastructure for such a specialty, which requires significant investment. He expressed regret over Grigoraș's situation and mentioned the need for an analysis before considering the establishment of a pediatric oncology and hematology unit in Tulcea, as such services are typically found in larger tertiary centers.
