The Jingdu Holon Building, located in Hunan province, covers approximately 14,000 square meters and was built by Broad Group Holon. The innovative Holon construction method allows for factory-made modules to be assembled on-site, significantly speeding up the building process. Each module is nearly complete with electrical wiring and plumbing before arriving at the construction site. The building is designed for a special workforce recruitment program and features energy-efficient systems. Broad Group claims the structure can last over 1,000 years and can be relocated if necessary.
