Kashim Chowdhury allegedly worked 183 hours weekly, exceeding the actual hours available. He reportedly deceived employers by claiming illness and using makeup to appear unwell during video calls. Between February 2020 and September 2023, he earned approximately £350,000 from eight employers while not disclosing his multiple jobs. His fraudulent activities were uncovered by the National Fraud Initiative, revealing significant financial discrepancies. Chowdhury denies all charges of fraud, and the trial is ongoing.
