Cultura organizațională se construiește singură sau se consumă singură • Newsweek România

Organizations continuously evolve through daily decisions and individual attitudes, shaping their culture. The interplay of intrapersonal competencies—IQ, EQ, SQ, and AQ—affects collaboration and leadership. A recent study highlights that many companies, despite growth, lack adequate governance structures, leading to inefficiencies. Two types of organizational cultures exist: entropic, which fosters internal friction and chaos, and syntropic, which enhances order and capacity. Both small and large firms face risks when structures are outdated or absent. Key indicators of an entropic culture include reliance on a single decision-maker and unclear decision-making processes. Ultimately, the question remains whether the current culture builds or consumes the organization.
