Cu reduceri, promoții și Lidl Plus, tot mai mulți clienți Lidl au ales produsele premium, iar profitul a crescut cu aproape o treime, în Marea Britanie

Lidl's sales in the UK rose by 10% to over £13 billion, driven by demand for fresh produce and the success of its Deluxe range. Pre-tax profit increased by 30% to £245.5 million. The rise in customers opting for discounted stores is attributed to food inflation, with Lidl investing £315 million in price reductions. The Deluxe product line saw a 12% sales increase as more households choose to dine at home. Lidl surpassed Morrisons to become the fifth largest food retailer in the UK, holding an 8.6% market share. The Lidl Plus loyalty program also experienced a 23% growth in participants this year, contrasting with Aldi's lack of a loyalty scheme.
