CSU Sibiu și-a aflat noul format al campionatului: schimbări importante în Liga Națională de Baschet

The new edition of the Romanian National Basketball League introduces significant changes, including a maximum of six foreign players per team and a mandatory Romanian player on the court. The season will run from October 3, 2026, to April 16, 2027, featuring 15 teams and a Play-in tournament for teams ranked 7-10. U-BT Cluj-Napoca will enter the playoffs directly, while the playoffs will take place from April 21 to June 6, 2027. No teams will be relegated this season, and each team can register up to 18 players, including six foreign players.
