CSM răspunde sindicatelor: Funcția de asistent al judecătorului nu este o inovație românească

The CSM emphasized that the role of judicial assistants is not a Romanian innovation and that filling vacant judge and clerk positions is not mutually exclusive. The unions argue that there is no evidence supporting the need for judicial assistants, citing a lack of significant improvements in court efficiency. The CSM invites constructive collaboration with the unions, stressing that judicial organization should not be influenced by sectoral interests. They will continue to advocate for solutions that ensure the proper functioning of courts, prioritizing citizen interests and justice quality.
