A survey by the Superior Council of Magistracy revealed that 82% of participants were satisfied with judicial procedures in Romania in 2025. The study included 2,170 respondents, including litigants and legal professionals. Most felt their rights were respected, and 83% understood the court proceedings. Regarding judges' impartiality, 53% rated it the highest. Satisfaction with waiting times was noted by 72%, and 71% were pleased with the overall duration of their cases. Additionally, 79% were satisfied with the court's decision, and 85% found the rulings clear. Trust in the justice system increased for 40% after their experiences, while 74% initially had confidence in its quality.
