Cseke Attila explică ce se schimbă în sectorul construcțiilor după schimbarea Codului Urbanismului

The Romanian Senate has approved the Territorial Planning, Urbanism, and Construction Code, aiming to streamline construction approvals and reduce bureaucracy. Minister Cseke Attila highlighted the code's role in modernizing real estate legislation and ensuring public institutions' accountability. The new regulations will facilitate faster urban planning and include provisions for both urban and rural areas. This code is also a key milestone in Romania's National Recovery and Resilience Plan, with significant financial implications if not adopted. The new code will take effect 15 days after promulgation.
