Cseke Attila: 6.730 de locuri noi pentru copii în creșe și 1.960 de locuințe pentru tinerele familii
The Romanian Ministry of Development has inaugurated 113 new nurseries, creating 6,730 places for preschoolers as part of the national program "Saint Ana" funded by PNRR. The initiative aims to address declining birth rates and support young families, particularly in rural areas. The nurseries, built in 36 counties, cost 1.8 billion lei and include various facilities such as playrooms and kitchens. They are designed to be energy-efficient, featuring solar panels and excellent thermal insulation. The program will continue beyond the initial PNRR milestone, with additional funding from the state budget for energy-efficient housing for young professionals in health and education.
