Criză? Romsilva a modificat Contractul Colectiv și a inclus premierea colectivă. Fostul șef, 55.000€ bonus • Newsweek România
The Romanian Ministry of Environment revealed that Romsilva modified its Collective Labor Agreement to include collective bonuses, contrary to Court of Accounts recommendations. Minister Diana Buzoianu criticized this change, highlighting that individual performance-based rewards were previously the norm. She pointed out that the former head of Romsilva received a €55,000 retirement bonus, raising concerns about financial management. Romsilva responded, stating that no bonuses have been awarded in 2023 and that the collective bonus provision is only applicable under exceptional circumstances. The agency emphasized its consistent profitability and contributions to the state budget.
