Criza motorinei îmbogățește giganții petrolieri din SUA. Profituri dublate și acțiuni la maxime istorice pentru Chevron şi ExxonMobil

U.S. oil giants ExxonMobil and Chevron have reported record profits due to a global diesel crisis, driven by refinery disruptions in Russia and the Middle East. ExxonMobil's net profit doubled to $15.4 billion, while Chevron's nearly tripled to $9.9 billion. Both companies saw their stock prices reach historic highs amid rising diesel prices, which are over 70% higher than last year. The ongoing geopolitical conflicts have severely impacted refining capacities, pushing countries to rely on U.S. refineries. Despite these profits, oil and gas production for both companies has slightly declined.
