Criză Germania - Previziunile de creştere au fost îmbunătăţite, în pofida unei relansări încă fragile (IFO) - Economica.net
Several major economic institutes in Germany have raised their growth forecasts, indicating a continued but uneven recovery of the economy. The Ifo Institute has increased its GDP growth prediction for this year to 1.4% and 1.2% for next year, citing strong public spending and a favorable international environment. Similarly, the RWI Institute has adjusted its forecasts to 1.3% for 2026 and 1.1% for 2027. Despite rising energy prices and uncertainties from U.S. tariffs, Germany's economy showed unexpected growth in the second quarter, driven by strong exports. However, challenges remain, including high energy costs and a fragile labor market, which could hinder sustained recovery without increased private investment and consumption. The government expects a GDP growth of 0.5% this year, while the European Commission predicts 0.6%.
