Criza cerealelor din Ucraina. Rutele alternative nu pot suplini blocada porturilor din Marea Neagră

Ukraine is seeking alternative export routes for its grain due to the blockade of Black Sea ports by Russia, but these options will not fully compensate for the losses. The government has temporarily reduced minimum export prices to support the agricultural sector, which faces significant losses estimated between $1.5 and $3 billion. The situation has worsened with a sharp increase in attacks on vessels and port infrastructure. Current land and river routes are limited, and even at maximum capacity, they can only handle 55% of the previous maritime volume. Experts warn that the decline in Ukrainian exports could lead to a global food price surge, affecting the poorest populations.
