Romanian tennis players Cristiana Nicoleta Todoni, Alesia Breaz, and Giulia Safina Popa reached the semifinals of the ITF tournament in Constanța. Todoni defeated top seed Andreea Prisăcariu, while Breaz and Popa won their matches convincingly. Maia Ilinca Burcescu was eliminated by Anne Schaefer in a close match. In doubles, Breaz and Todoni advanced to the semifinals as well.
