Cristian Bușoi spune că situația energetică este sub control: „Nu există în acest moment niciun motiv să punem în discuție limitări de consum pentru marii consumatori industriali”
Cristian Bușoi, Secretary of State in the Ministry of Energy, stated that the energy system is under control and there are no current reasons to limit industrial consumption. He noted a decrease in energy consumption due to household efforts to reduce peak usage. Bușoi projected that energy demand could reach around 7,000 MW due to the heatwave, but also mentioned improved wind energy production. He emphasized that Romania has access to regional energy markets to cover potential shortfalls. Bușoi reassured that there are no immediate plans for emergency measures, as the market is functioning well and energy availability is sufficient.
