Cristian Buşoi, după ședința Comandamentului Energetic: 'Situaţia energetică este sub control'. Termocentralele Rovinari și Paroșeni contribuie la creșterea producției
Cristian Bușoi, Secretary of State in the Ministry of Energy, stated that Romania's energy situation is under control despite the shutdown of Cernavodă's reactor. The country compensates for this by reopening Rovinari's group 4 and Paroșeni's reserve group, alongside imports and natural gas production. Favorable weather conditions also enhance solar energy production. Bușoi reassured that there are no anticipated issues for energy supply this week, with maximum evening consumption expected at 7,400 MW. The possibility of restarting a nuclear unit at Cernavodă will be evaluated if the Danube's water level rises.
