This strategic move allows Cris-Tim to avoid building a new production facility, saving around 100 million lei. The acquisition, approved by the Board and the Competition Council, is expected to finalize by November 2026. Via Trend and Snack 4U, both significant players in the ready meals and sandwich market, will enhance Cris-Tim's production capabilities and product offerings.
