Criminalul grec Passaris rămâne în închisoare. Cererea de eliberare condiționată a fost respinsă de judecători
Konstantinos Passaris, serving a life sentence in Romania, has been denied parole by the Dolj Tribunal. This decision follows a previous unfavorable ruling from the Craiova Court. Known as the 'Beast of the Balkans', Passaris was convicted for a double murder and armed robbery in Romania, and has a history of over 20 criminal offenses in Greece. He has been incarcerated for more than 24 years and must serve at least 20 years before being eligible for conditional release. The judge noted that Passaris has not demonstrated sufficient evidence of rehabilitation, despite participating in various educational and psychological programs during his imprisonment.
