Crima de la Cenei: 15 ani de detenţie pentru unul dintre adolescenţii criminali şi daune de peste un milion de euro

A court in Timiș has sentenced a 15-year-old boy, M.D.A., to 15 years in a detention center for the murder of 15-year-old Mario Berinde. The crime involved premeditated violence with a hatchet and knife. A second minor, R.M.D., aged 13, cannot be prosecuted due to his age. A third minor, B.R.P., who assisted in covering up the crime, received a six-month educational measure. M.D.A. was also ordered to pay over one million euros in damages to Berinde's family. The decision is not final and can be appealed.
