Credite bancare 2026: ANAF schimbă verificarea veniturilor
Romanian banks may soon streamline the mortgage and personal loan application process through a new electronic system for income verification proposed by ANAF. This initiative aims to reduce bureaucracy by allowing clients to provide consent for data sharing online. The project, currently in public debate, will not change the eligibility criteria for loans but will facilitate the verification of declared incomes against ANAF records. The new system will utilize the Virtual Private Space for electronic communication, ensuring that banks do not have unrestricted access to all taxpayer information. If discrepancies arise between client declarations and ANAF data, banks may request further documentation, but this does not automatically lead to loan denial. The proposal is still pending approval and will not be mandatory until finalized.
