Craiova hosts the 19th edition of the International Congress of Press History

The Museum of Romanian Books and Exile will participate in the International Congress of Press History on September 25-26, showcasing an exhibition on Romanian press in exile. The congress, themed 'Making Use of Archival Resources through the Press', is organized by various cultural and academic institutions. It will gather cultural figures, researchers, and university representatives to discuss the role of Romanian publications abroad during the communist regime. The exhibition highlights the contributions of Romanian press in preserving cultural identity and overcoming censorship. Academic sessions will also be held at the museum during the event.
