CPI a făcut publice mandatele de arestare emise pe numele a doi miniştri afgani însărcinaţi cu educaţia

The International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for two Afghan education ministers for gender-based persecution, a crime against humanity. The warrants target Habibullah Agha and Neda Mohammad Nadeem, who are linked to the Taliban's policies restricting women's education. The court found reasonable grounds to believe these officials ordered or incited such crimes against women and girls. These actions have been ongoing since the Taliban regained power in August 2021.
