Over 26,000 pilgrims are waiting in line to venerate the relics of Saint Parascheva in Iasi, with wait times reaching nearly 15 hours. Since the start of the pilgrimage, around 60,000 people have visited the relics. The line extends over five kilometers, with many buses parked nearby. Medical assistance has been provided to 271 individuals, with 16 requiring hospitalization. The religious event began on Thursday, and authorities expect attendance to reach 300,000 due to favorable weather. The relics will remain in the cathedral courtyard until October 15, with a liturgy scheduled for October 14.
