The prosecution requested 15 months of imprisonment for each suspect, but no verdict has been reached yet. The accused include a 35-year-old man and his 31-year-old wife from Arendonk, along with a 36-year-old man from Turnhout. Prosecutors noted that the swimsuits were modified to hide various products, and two suspects were caught attempting to steal from a Colruyt store. The defense highlighted the financial difficulties of the accused, mentioning that even toothpaste was among the stolen items. The trial will continue on November 16, with a verdict to follow.
