An 11-year-old boy from Iași was hospitalized due to severe injuries, leading to the arrest of his mother's partner. The incident, linked to domestic violence, came to light in late July. The mother claims she was unaware of the abuse, as the child was threatened not to speak out. She described the partner as non-violent in her presence, but the situation escalated after a visit to his parents, where the boy was allegedly assaulted and lost consciousness. Medical examination revealed two hemorrhages and a head injury.
