Copiii, avertizați despre o nouă capcană online. Lecția: „Ursul păcălit de vulpe”

Romanian cybersecurity experts warn children and teenagers about methods attackers use to compromise their devices. They illustrate the danger using Ion Creangă's story "The Bear Deceived by the Fox." The National Cyber Security Directorate (DNSC) highlights ClickFix attacks, where victims are manipulated into executing commands that compromise their computers. This method mirrors the story, where the fox convinces the bear to act against its own interest. The DNSC's campaign "Digital Tales with Meaning" aims to help young users recognize online dangers. Users may receive seemingly legitimate messages urging them to follow steps that could install malware or grant attackers access. Experts advise against executing unfamiliar commands and recommend caution with urgent requests. Cybersecurity incidents can be reported at 1911 or through the PNRISC platform.
