Initially celebrated as a pioneering initiative, the investment of over 3.6 million lei has not met its goals, leading to public disappointment. The planters, designed to enhance urban greenery, have instead become dumping grounds for trash, raising concerns about the effectiveness of the project. Despite the challenges, the city remains unique in Romania for its costly waste disposal solutions.
