COPAC şi UMF "Carol Davila" lansează proiectul "Laboratorul Inimii" de Ziua Mondială a Inimii

The Coalition of Organizations of Patients with Chronic Conditions and the University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Carol Davila" launched the "Heart Laboratory" project aimed at cardiovascular prevention. Targeting adults over 35 and those with risk factors, the initiative will educate participants on monitoring health metrics and accessing preventive care. Community health assistants will play a key role in delivering education and support. The project includes community interventions, educational sessions, and the development of a Personal Cardio-Metabolic Journal. A digital health component will involve a pilot program using wearable devices for structured self-monitoring. The initiative aims to integrate education, risk assessment, and community intervention to reduce disease through timely prevention.
