Expected to be operational by 2034, the missile will focus on precision strikes against strategic military targets. The project reflects Europe's efforts to reduce reliance on US long-range capabilities, as NATO currently has limited options. The initiative was presented at the NATO summit in July, with Germany playing a central role.
