This inspection is part of ASF's annual control plan and aims to assess the local branch's conduct, particularly in claims management and sales practices. Hellas Direct, a top player in the RCA market, has seen significant growth recently, especially after the failures of City Insurance and Euroins. The company offers the lowest average premium in Romania, primarily targeting low and medium-powered vehicles. Despite previous declines, Hellas Direct has rebounded strongly in sales, particularly in Bucharest and Ilfov, with substantial increases in premium income compared to last year.
