Controale ITM în Bistrița-Năsăud: amenzi de peste 1,86 milioane de lei , în special pentru munca "la negru"

In the first half of the year, labor inspectors in Bistrița-Năsăud imposed fines exceeding 1.86 million lei, primarily for undeclared work. The main focus was on combating unreported labor and ensuring workplace safety. A total of 812 employers were checked, resulting in 402 penalties, including 135 fines. Notably, 25 employers were found employing 35 individuals without contracts, leading to fines of 1.4 million lei. Health and safety inspections resulted in 64 fines totaling 241,000 lei. Additionally, 79 workplace accidents were reported, with two fatalities and 25 temporary incapacities. Key sectors inspected included HORECA, waste collection, construction, and public transport.
